PURPOSE: A tap hole building apparatus of blast furnace is provided in which tap hole is easily built, and deformation of the tap hole after repairing is minimized as preventing safety problems and damage of the tap hole caused when repairing and forming the tap hole for discharging molten material produced inside the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The tap hole building apparatus of blast furnace comprises a tap hole protection wall both side surfaces of which are connected to form a rectangular hole, and in which a circular through hole is formed at the central part of one side surface perpendicular to the rectangular hole, and an inflow refractory material is constructed on the outer edge of the circular through hole; a tap hole block unclamping part comprising a set type tap hole block equipped with self-tap hole and tap hole and inserted into the rectangular hole of the tap hole protection wall, and a tap hole block unclamping cylinder comprising horizontal and vertical cutting parts capable of cutting the tap hole block horizontally and vertically to unclamp the cut tap hole block; a tap hole block fixing part comprising transfer car(93) and tap hole block inserting cylinder(105) for mounting the tap hole block, and a bar(126) mounted on or separated from four corners of the inserted tap hole block by bar moving cylinder(119); a pressing part for coercively pressing a sealing material for sealing the outer edge of the tap hole block in the state that the tap hole block is inserted; a detection part(200) electrically connected to a plurality of limit switches installed to control movement of fixing bar and sealing material inserting pressing part after vertically moving, charging and mounting or separating the tap hole block; and a control part(300) for selectively opening or closing a plurality of valves connected to the cylinders and motors to control driving of a plurality of cylinders and motors according to signals detected through the detection part.
