PURPOSE: Provided is a method for real-time-feedback controlling wavelengths of a laser for effectively and stably optimizing isotopic ratio of photo reaction product for long time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of emitting a laser by a dye laser(1); reflecting 90% of beams of the laser and transmitting 10% of beams using a beam splitter(3); inducing the reflected beams to a main chamber(8) used for separating and abstracting isotope; inducing the transmitted beams to be incident onto a mass analyzer(5) via a lens(4); separating isotope using the reflected beams in the main chamber(8); detecting an electrical signal from the mass analyzer(5) containing the same element with isotope to be abstracted in the main chamber(8) using ADC(6) and converting the electrical signal to a digital signal; controlling a plurality of laser wavelengths by searching an optimized moving point using the digital signal and algorithm; determining whether the laser wavelength keeps desired wavelengths; and transmitting a feedback signal(9) to the dye laser(1).
