PURPOSE: An automatic horizontal system for an outrigger of a movable crane is provided to improve the stability by reducing preparation time for working with keeping horizontal, and to prevent accidents by automatically stopping with warning change of reaction force of the outrigger. CONSTITUTION: An operator inputs the length of an outrigger into a working condition input unit(11), and a central processing unit(5) reads the length of the outrigger by a length sensor(8) corresponding to the working condition. A solenoid valve(4) of an outrigger control valve(1) is operated with an electric signal corresponding to detected values, and the flow rate of the outrigger control valve is regulated by operating the solenoid valve. A horizontal cylinder(2) and a vertical cylinder(3) are stopped or operated by regulating the flow rate of the outrigger control valve. Accidents are prevented by warning change of reaction force of the vertical cylinder and stopping the crane automatically.
