A functional health-drink and its drinking methode

PURPOSE: A functional health beverage and a method of drinking the same are provided to remove various kinds of toxic waste materials from the body by drinking the health beverage with the contents of magnesium sulfate, and grapefruit. CONSTITUTION: A functional health beverage is prepared through dissolving a magnesium sulfate mixture or a grapefruit mixture in purified water, filtering the mixture solution, and heating and sterilizing the filtered solution at 85-90 deg.C. The magnesium sulfate mixture contains 6.4% of magnesium sulfate, 1.12% of plum extract, 1.48% of apple extract, 2% of licorice extract, 2% of Eucommia ulmoides extract, 10% of liquid fructose, 0.5% of plum flavour, 0.025% of grapefruit seed extract, 1.2% of maltodextrin, 0.052% of citric acid, and 0.020% of Steviten Mild-F. The magnesium sulfate mixture is dissolved in 75.203% of the purified water. The grapefruit mixture contains 10.8% of grapefruit extract and 54% of olive oil in addition to the contents of licorice extract, Eucommia ulmoides extract, liquid fructose, grapefruit seed extract and Steviten Mild-F. The grapefruit mixture is dissolved in 20.655% of the purified water. The magnesium sulfate-based beverage and the grapefruit-based beverage are drunken in an alternate manner.
