APPARATUS FOR DISTRIBUTING ROLLING FLUID OF HOFFMAN FILTER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for distributing rolling oil of Hoffman filter is provided to prevent damage of media filter by high pressure injection of the rolling oil when supplying the rolling oil stored in recovery tank after it is used in cold rolling mill to Hoffman filter. CONSTITUTION: In a Hoffman filter comprising rolling oil supply pipe(64), conveyor(3), media filter(1) for filtering rolling oil, liquid level control sensor, driving motor for driving the conveyor, and waste media filter box for collecting waste media filter, the apparatus comprises a rotational distributor(54) which is connected to the supply pipe, at both ends of which gear is formed, and in which an impeller is radially installed centering around rotation shaft; a driven gear(58) which is engaged with both ends of the rotational distributor, and in which a chain sprocket is formed; a driven chain sprocket fixed to rotation shaft installed at the output side of the media filter; a skimmer chain(20) installed on the upper part of the conveyor in a length direction of the conveyor and driven with being engaged with chain sprocket and driven chain sprocket of the driven gear; and a plurality of scrapers(22) installed perpendicularly to the skimmer chain, wherein the rolling oil is supplied to the rotational distributor to rotate the impeller, the skimmer chain is rotated by rotation of the impeller, the plurality of scrapers are moved along the chain to move suspended solids in the upper side of the rolling oil to the output side of the media filter(1) so that the suspended solids are removed.
