PURPOSE: An apparatus for constantly maintaining drop distance of fuel and raw material to minimize generation of fine ore and fraction by resting the fuel and raw material into the temporary relay bin safely and easily without breakage when charging fuel and raw material into temporary relay bin of blast furnace is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an outer bin(20) which is equipped with a rectangular hollow body having a certain size that is vertically connected, on the inner circumferential surface of both sides of which a rhombic guide groove is formed, and which is fixed to the lower part of a fuel and raw material transfer belt head part by a plural supports; an inner bin on the outer circumferential surface of which a guide bar is projectingly formed so that the guide bar is ascended or descended along the guiding groove with the inner bin being inserted into the outer bin; a hydraulic cylinder(36) connected to the lower surface, fixed to the bottom of the inner bin and descending operated to a certain ratio according to charging ton or charging time; and a sealing member interposed between the inner and outer bins and fixed to the upper surface of the inner bin.
