PURPOSE: A system of integrating a PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) with a private wireless network is provided to use a system integrating a BSC system of the general PLMN with a pBSC(Private BSC) system of the private wireless network, thereby configuring an integrated service network connected to any networks without being subordinated to an upper BSS(Base Station Subsystem) network. CONSTITUTION: A public transcoder and MSC link interface board(224) connected to an MSC(202) supplies an interface for the MSC(202). A local transcoder and MSC link interface board(226) connected to a PBX(212) supplies an interface for the PBX(212). A BTS link interface board(232) is connected to a BTS(206). A public wireless packet interface board(228) connected to a PDSN(214) supplies an interface for the PDSN(214). A local wireless packet interface board(230) connected to an intranet(216) supplies an interface for the intranet(216). A controlling board(222) performs an originating call processing by interworking with the MSC(202) when a public originating call is requested, and performs an originating call processing by interworking with the PBX(212) when a private network originating call is requested, then processes receiving call requests of the MSC(202) and the PBX(212). The controlling board(222) supplies a data service through the PDSN(214) and the intranet(216). An internal switch(234) supplies IPC(Interprocess Communication).
