Laser Pumping Beam Delivery Fiber Module for Pulsed Dye Laser

PURPOSE: A laser beam transmission optical fiber module for pumping a pulse dye laser is provided to realize the compact sized module structure of the color dye laser, to transmit a stabilized output without disturbing by a perturbation of air due to dust and to be manufactured in a design with a minimum size of the beam splitting module. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam transmission optical fiber module for pumping a pulse dye laser includes a beam splitting module(2) provided with a plurality of beam splitters(3,4,5) for splitting a pumping laser beam into a plurality of laser beam and an optical fiber mounting module(18) provided with a plurality of collimating lenses(6,7,8), a plurality of optical fibers(9,10,11) and a plurality of lenses(12,13,14). The lens(12) is connected to a cavity cell(15), the lens(13) is connected to a pre-amplifier cell(16) and the lens(14) is connected to an amplifier cell(17).
