FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GOVERNMENT

PURPOSE: A system and method for processing an account for a financial management of the government is provided to automatically process the accounts of data of the government being inputted as a single-entry bookkeeping to a double-entry bookkeeping. CONSTITUTION: A user selects a business code through an account information input/output unit, and inputs money information of corresponding income and an expenditure(S12). An account process control unit endows a debtor account and a credit account corresponded to the selected business code(S14) and sets an amount of money corresponded to each account(S16). Journal information including the business code and the account is stored in a journal database(S18). The account process control unit checks whether the stored journal information is authenticated and an examination of the stored journal information is completed(S20). An account process of the journal information is executed through an account calculation module(S22). If the account process is completed, an account process result is transmitted to the account information input/output unit(S24).
