SERVICE METHOD FOR A PETTY LOAN USING SMARTCARD

PURPOSE: A method for a small amount lending service using a smart card is provided to improve conveniences of a user and a member store using a smart card having personal information of a user and executing credit payment by on/off-line when a commerce of a small amount is executed by off-line. CONSTITUTION: A manager constructs a service server, collects member stores and users by on-line and off-line, stores collected member store information and user information in a database, and supplies a smart card(20) having personal information and credit limit information of users. If the user purchases a commodity in a member store and pays a commodity price using the smart card(20), a member store terminal(10) or a service server(30) executes a user authentication procedure. When the authenticated data are transmitted to the service server(30) and the member store requests a payment, a server of a fund master(40) automatically transfers an amount of money corresponded to the commodity price from an account of the fund master(40) to an account of the member store, and a payment is executed.
