CONSTITUTION: A purchaser connects to a seller server through an Internet network and connects to a shopping mall web site supplied by the seller server(S10). It is checked whether the purchaser is a member(S20). The purchaser selects a commodity(S30). The purchaser pays a price of the commodity(S40). Temperature information of the day is checked and a discount rate is decided in accordance with the temperature information(S50). The discount rate is applied to the purchased commodity, and a discount amount is calculated(S60). Points corresponded to the discount are accumulated or the discount amount is transferred to a bankbook of the purchaser(S70). The compensation process result is stored in a purchaser database(S80). The compensation process result and purchase information are output on a shopping mall web site(S90).
