PURPOSE: A slope failure preventive system is provided to protect human life, property or facilities by preventing the breaking of a slope. CONSTITUTION: The slope failure preventive system comprises: an LD system formed by fixing a case(2) with a built-in optical sensor(1) to a post(3) fixed on a slope, and connecting posts(3) with an optical cable(5) provided with an optical fiber; an FBG system formed by rolling up an optical sensor(1), then installing in the case(2), connecting the optical sensor(1) in the case(2) with an LED driving unit, an FBG and an FP, connecting the FP with a pressure regulator and a PD, connecting the pressure regulator with an amplifier, a comparator and a CPU, and connecting the CPU with an LED driving unit and an FP; and an R-OTDR system formed by connecting a pulse generator with an LD, connecting an LD with a photoelectric coupler connected with a photoelectric converter, connecting a photoelectric converter with an A/D converter and a signal processing unit, and connecting the signal processing unit with a pulse generator.
