Structure of Diffserv router for transmission delay security

PURPOSE: A structure of a Diffserv(Differentiated Service) router for securing transmission delay is provided to predict a forwarding resource as securing transmission delay by applying a low-delay AF(Assured Forwarding) system for data to be secured, in consideration of certain loss, thereby supplying a service of securing transmission delay at low price. CONSTITUTION: An AF1M(220) stores a low-delay AF packet having the same rank as AF1. An AF2M(250) stores a low-delay AF packet having the same rank as AF2. Counters(210,240) count AF packet queues of each rank and the stored packets. D-schedulers(230,260) reassign resources assigned to the corresponding ranks to AF and low-delay AF by using counted information of the AF transmitted from the counters(210,240) and the low-delay AF packet. The first counter(210) counts an amount of packets stored in an AF1(23) and the AF1M(220), and transmits the counted information to the first D-scheduler(230) at certain intervals. The first D-scheduler(230) assigns forwarding resources to the AF1M(220) and the AF1(23) by using the counted information.
