- Vector for expression of mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor and a transformant transformed with the vector

PURPOSE: A vector for the expression of mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor and a transformant transformed with the same are provided, thereby mass-producing the recombinant mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor. CONSTITUTION: A vector pGM-CSF over-expresses the mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor and has a cleavage map shown in figure 4. A transformant E. coli BL21 (DE3)/pGM-CSF(KCTC 10123BP) is produced by transformation with the vector pGM-CSF. The mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor is produced by culturing the transformant E. coli BL21 (DE3)/pGM-CSF(KCTC 10123BP), and recovering the mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor from the cultured medium.
