PURPOSE: A direct-laying turnout rail fixture on the concrete road is provided to construct easily without a dustproof box, to adjust the height and horizontality of a rail after construction, and to heighten binding strength with the concrete road. CONSTITUTION: The direct-laying turnout rail fixture on the concrete road contains: an RC(reinforced concrete) sleeper(110) laid directly under the concrete road to support a rail(130); and a coupler(120) fastened to the top of the RC sleeper(110) to fix the rail(130) to the sleeper(110) and provided with a base plate(121) located between the RC sleeper(110) and the rail(130) to disperse/transfer the load from the rail(130) to the sleeper, a screw spike(122) fixing the base plate(121) to the sleeper(110), a tension clamp(123) installed on the base plate(121) to fix the lower side of the rail(130), and a guide plate(124) guiding the fixation/installation site of the tension clamp(123), wherein a dustproof pad(125) is installed between the base plate(121) and the top of the RC sleeper(110), and a rail pad(126) is installed between the base plate(121) and the lower side of the rail(130) to buffer shock power between the rail(130) and the base plate(121).
