PURPOSE: A cyber consulting community on the Internet is provided to realize the EC(Electric Commerce) exchanging of the cyber money while respectively exchanging the cyber money corresponding to a consulting charge with between an asker and a consultant. CONSTITUTION: Each member forms a group by classifying into each category such as technology, knowledge, information, and experience after logging in. The asker logs in after acquiring the cyber cash by a settlement tool such as a credit card and a cellular phone, and forms a group by classifying into each desired category such as the technology, the knowledge, the information, and the experience. After consulting with the desired consultant one-to-one on the online, the asker offers the cyber cash to the consultant as the consulting charge.
