PURPOSE: A method for providing an LBS(Location Based Service) and personal navigation using a Ubiquitous RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) sensor network is provided to offer the LBS by offering various location related information to an RFID chip. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises an RFID reader having a TTS(Text To Speech) function and an embedded RFID transponder. A portable terminal is embedded with a board block embedding with the RFID transponder, the RFID reader, and the function to guide the location and a guide voice. The RFID transponder comprises an instruction processor for interpreting an instruction received from the RFID reader, a voltage generator, and a clock generator. The voltage generator generates the voltage by using a signal received from the RFID reader. The clock generator generates a synchronous signal and a system clock signal needed for an instruction interpreter by using a branching circuit. The instruction interpreter interprets the signal transmitted from the RFID reader and transmits the information to the RFID reader. The RFID reader receives the desired information by using a collision prevention circuit. The received information is provided to a user by converting into a format recognizable to the user.
