PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for producing aggregate from dredged soil produced when arranging river bed or dredging accumulated earth and sand in rivers, reservoir and lake are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method and apparatus for producing aggregate from dredged soil comprises first treater(1) in which dredged soil and water are put into ordinary coarse aggregates or recycled coarse aggregates produced from construction waste concrete as a treating material so that they are treated through milling and fracturing actions before being discharged; second treater(3) which is installed adjacently to the first treater(1), and into which the treated material treated in the first treater(1) to separate the treated material and residual treated material except the treated material; third treater(5) for circulation transferring the treated material treated in the second treater(3) to the first treater(1) through transfer conveyors(50,51) and fourth treater(7) for supplying the residual treated material except the treated material treated in the second treater(3) through transfer unit(6) and separating the coarse aggregates cleaned inside the fourth treater(7) only to produce coarse aggregates.
