PURPOSE: A linear power amplification method of a pre-distortion type linear amplifier using nonlinearity of an amplifier is provided to minimize distortion component generated during an amplification process in the final amplification stage. CONSTITUTION: According to the linear power amplification method of a pre-distortion type RF linear amplifier where a pre-distortion stage(130) comprising an inter modulated distortion signal(IMD) generation part and a main signal offset part and an IMD control part is installed before a main amplification stage(140), the pre-distortion stage makes a signal like an IMD which is predicted to be generated in the main amplification stage. The above made signal is extracted by offsetting the original signal inputted to the pre-distortion stage without distortion. The extracted signal is maintained to be equal to the IMD component predicted to be generated in the main amplification stage. The signal which is maintained to be equal to the IMD component is inputted to the main amplification state together with a main signal and then is amplified. Then, the IMD component is minimized by offsetting the above IMD component using a signal generated by the inter-modulated distortion.
