PURPOSE: Provided is an ear acupuncture device for total stimulating therapy which copes with the non-predictable daily harmful environment positively, keeps the health with the small burden, is used semi-permanently, portable and mounted for a long time and has no side effects such as infection and pain to ear skin. CONSTITUTION: The ear acupuncture device for total stimulating therapy is characterized in that the protuberances(7) are formed as if adhered to or driven in an ear shape which is made of silicone based materials(5) and thinly to cover closely one or two human ears, to stimulate the ear acupuncture spots without any pain, concurrently and permanently. On the front side of the ear acupuncture device, the more protuberances are distributed than the number of spots distributed in an ear acupuncture spot map to stimulate the more spots by distributing protuberances densely considering the structural feature of each individual ear. On the back side of the ear acupuncture device, the less protuberances are distributed to lessen the burden caused by wearing.
