3 STAT3 Enhancement of in-vivo stem cell engraftment by increasing STAT3 activity

PURPOSE: Provided is an enhancement of in-vivo stem cell engraftment for treatment of tumor and incurable diseases by increasing STAT3 activity. CONSTITUTION: In-vivo stem cell engraftment for treatment of tumor and incurable diseases is characteristically enhanced by increasing STAT3 activity. The activity of STAT3 molecule directly controls the proliferation and inhibition of in-vivo stem cell engraftment. Therefore, the activity of SATA3 is increased by genetic manipulation or drug manipulation to enhance in-vivo self reproduction of engrafted stem cell.
