The franchise type educational institutes(10a-10e), connected to the main program service provider(20) over the internet(30) or the broadcast network(40, 80), provide educational contents for the main program service provider(20). The customer can access the main program service provider(20) over the internet(30) or the broadcast network(40, 80). The educational institutes(10a-10e) can also directly sell educational contents to the customer. The main program service provider(20) manages the educational contents as proxy for the educational institutes(10a-10e), for example, processes the payment. Servers of the educational institutes(10a-10e) are linked to a main database server of the service provider(20).
