PURPOSE: Use of a microorganism mixture of Burkholderia sp. AB 100 and Pseudomonas sp. AB 62 for preventing ginseng plant pathogens is provided, therefore the microorganism mixture can be useful as environment affinity microbial agricultural chemicals. CONSTITUTION: Burkholderia sp. AB 100 producing pyrrolnitrin of the formula 1 and having antagonistic activity to ginseng plant pathogens is provided. Pseudomonas sp. AB 62 producing 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol of the formula 2 and having antagonistic activity to ginseng plant pathogens is provided. A microorganism mixture PB-62100(KCTC 10162 BP) of Burkholderia sp. AB 100 and Pseudomonas sp. AB 62 is provided. A microbial agent for preventing ginseng plant pathogens contains one or more microorganisms of Burkholderia sp. AB 100 and Pseudomonas sp. AB 62 and the cultured medium thereof, wherein the ginseng plant pathogen is selected from Alternaria panax, Phytophthora cactorum, Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Cylindrocarpon destructans.
