PURPOSE: A method of producing a transdermal absorption preparation composition using one or more self-exothermic materials is provided. Therefore, the use of the composition with self-exothermic properties reduces the adverse side effects of the topical skin, treats a gastrointestinal disorder and improves medicinal effects. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal absorption preparation composition comprises: a self-exothermic material such as saturated hydrocarbon, clay, tourmaline, resin, silica, shales(clay), limestone, polymers, etc. for absorbing carbon monoxide in zeolite, alumina, silica gel, bentonite and copper chloride compounds; or SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, MgO, CaO, Na2O, K2O, alite, velite, aluminate, ferrite, etc. capable of being exemplified as a component of the self-exothermic material. The composition has fomenting effect, blood flow promoting effect, cauterizing effect, etc.
