Manufacturing apparatus for bast fibers paper using bast fibers extracted from paper mulberry tree manufacturing methode of the same and bast fibers paper thereby

PURPOSE: Bast fiber textile is characterized by using bast fiber of paper mulberry and being good for quality. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by reducing the whole process, reducing a production cost, mass-producing the textile and producing the textile having various sizes. CONSTITUTION: Bast fiber textile is obtained by the steps of: cutting the paper mulberry on proper size; steaming the cut paper mulberry with steam; putting hot water to the paper mulberry, and peeling off the bast fiber; rotating and heating the bast fiber to ripen; washing first the ripened bast fiber; rotating and heating the washed bast fiber, and bleaching the bast fiber with a bleaching agent; washing second the bast fiber with bubble; radiating ultrasonics wave to water containing the bast fiber to float impurities; cutting and dissociating the bast fiber in order to form fiber material; reciprocating the fiber material above and below; stirring the fiber material with a viscous liquid to form paper material; discharging the paper material; supplying the discharged paper material on a wire mesh continuously; and then moving the wire mesh front and rear right and left to form the continuous bast fiber textile.
