Secure On-line System for Reading and Issuing The Registered Transcript

PURPOSE: A system for reading and issuing a copy of a register safely by on-line is provided to remove the generation of an additional charge caused by using a mail service and remove a temporal waste and an inconvenience caused by visiting in a registry office by requesting to read and issue the copy of a register in a remote place using a communication network such as the Internet and transmitting information of the copy of a register to a requester. CONSTITUTION: A client(100) connects to a server(200) and supplies related data and unit to read and receive a necessary copy of a register. The client(100) transmits requested contents to a server(200) through the Internet(500). The client(100) executes an encoding and gives an electronic signature with respect to the requested contents for preventing an exposure, a forgery, and an alteration of data during a transmitting process. The client(100) checks a change of the data processed by a server(200) and decodes the data. A user reads, outputs, and uses the data. If an issue of the copy of the register is requested, the client(100) outputs data of the copy of the register using a connected output device(300). The output certified copy data are used as a certificate.
