HYBRID HEPATOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR GENE WHICH HAS A HIGH EXPRESSION EFFICIENCY AND EXPRESSES TWO HETEROTYPES OF HEPATOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR

PURPOSE: Hybrid hepatocyte growth factor gene which has high expression efficiency and expresses two heterotypes of hepatocyte growth factor is provided, thereby effectively preventing and treating liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: Hybrid hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) gene which has high expression efficiency and expresses two heterotypes of hepatocyte growth factor has a different kind of intron sequence between exon 4 and exon 5 in cDNA of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), wherein the hybrid HGF gene has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; and the hybrid HGF gene has a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 19 to 21. Vectors containing the hybrid hepatocyte growth factor gene are provided, wherein the vector is pCK-HGF-X2, pCK-HGF-X3, pCK-HGF-X6, pCK-HGF-X7, pCK-HGF-X8, pCP-HGF-X2, pCP-HGF-X3, pCP-HGF-X6, pCP-HGF-X7, or pCP-HGF-X8. Microorganisms transformed with the vectors are provided, wherein the transformed microorganism is Escherichia coli Top10F', pCK-HGFX7(KCCM-10361) or Escherichia coli Top10F' pCP-HGFX7(KCCM-10362).
