PURPOSE: A repair/reinforcement method for a concrete structure using a stiffener is provided to heighten convenience, stability and constructability, the efficiency according to the increase in internal force of a concrete structure, and to extend the life of the concrete structure permanently. CONSTITUTION: The repair/reinforcement method for a concrete structure using a stiffener comprises the steps of: chipping to remove the corroded concrete of a concrete structure(S10); reinforcing the weak concrete of the chipped concrete structure using permeable hardener(S20); restoring the section of the concrete structure using garnet-mixed and water-based acryl polymer mortar(S30); anchoring a stiffener composed of a wire and an anchor bolt on the concrete structure(S40); and finishing up the concrete structure using the garnet-mixed and water-based acryl polymer mortar(S50).
