PURPOSE: Provided are germanium mixed mineral having an anti-cancer activating ingredient and its use as an anti-cancer agent. It has selective toxicity to cancer cells without adverse effect. CONSTITUTION: Germanium mixed mineral having an anti-cancer activating ingredient is characterized by containing 36ppm of germanium, biotite, phlogopite, feldspar, tourmaline, zircon, garnet, apatite and opaque mineral, as well as iodine, cobalt, selenium and vanadium.
