PURPOSE: A method and a system for redrawing a lost lottery ticket based on the network are provided to give prize money and premium by redrawing the lost lottery ticket registered through the network. CONSTITUTION: A lottery ticket server(101) is equipped with a lottery ticket redrawing module(103) and is linked with a database server(105). The lottery ticket redrawing module stores the redrawing request information for the lost lottery ticket and processes redrawing. The lottery ticket server(101) receives the lottery ticket drawing information from a lottery ticket company on each drawing day and performs the redrawing for the lost lottery ticket requested by a user(121) registered to the lottery ticket server as a member.
