PURPOSE: An anion emitting- and far infrared ray radiating-inorganic ceramic coating material composition is provided, to allow the composition to be calcined at a relatively low temperature range of a room temperature to 200 deg.C and to improve the radiation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic ceramic coating material composition comprises 40-50 wt% of a silane or an oligomer derived from the silane as a binder; 27-34 wt% of a silicon mixture comprising 20-40 wt% of silicon oxide with a particle size of 0.2-1.0 micrometers and 60-80 wt% of water; 10-19 wt% of a functional filler powder selected from the group consisting of tourmaline, yellow soil, sericite, amethyst, raw ore, muddy coal, obsidian, elvan, lava and their mixtures; 5-15 wt% of a ceramic powder comprising a far infrared ray radiating material and an anion emitting material; and 1-2 wt% of a pigment powder.
