PURPOSE: A method for settling a service charge of a local network based meeting mediating system is provided to differently impose a system use charge according to a use time by installing the meeting mediating system to each store. CONSTITUTION: A system use result according to an agreement of other customer for a chatting request of the customer inputted to a local server through a customer terminal and the agreement for a meeting on a chatting finish time, and a system use finish time according to a chatting use start/finish time is decided(S620). The system use charge is calculated based on the system use time and the information for the system use result(S630). As coming to a preset settlement time, the system use charge of the local network is summed up.
