METHOD OF MANAGING CLINICAL CASE

PURPOSE: A clinical laboratory information management method is provided to collect clinical laboratory information from plural medical institutions, and to enable the medical institutions to share the collected clinical laboratory information over the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A system comprising a web server, a member management database, an assessment management database, a registration management database and an abstract management database is constructed(S1). A clinical laboratory collection program, linked to the web server, collects personal data, diagnosis data and treatment data from terminals of members, and stores the collected data at the assessment management database(S2). The web server checks whether the collected data satisfies preset conditions(S3). The web server stores the collected data, satisfying the preset conditions, and its abstract data at the registration management database and the abstract management database, respectively(S4). The web server extracts the data, requested by a terminal of a member, from the registration management database, and transmits the extracted data to the terminal of the member(S5). If additional data is transmitted from the terminal of the member, the web server assesses the additional data, and modifies the registration management database and the abstract management database(S6). Additional or modified abstracts are transmitted to the terminal of the member(S7).
