PURPOSE: A method of sharing a global IP for implementing a VoIP is provided to enable many local terminal users to make calls by obtaining one global IP, and to reduce the number of data to be processed for Internet calls when the Internet calls are made between local terminals, thereby decreasing burden of load processing. CONSTITUTION: When a data packet is received(100), an IP sharer checks whether a port of a source included in the data packet is masqueraded(110). If not, the IP sharer makes a source IP and a port of a TCP/IP layer masquerade as a global IP and a port assigned to the IP sharer(120). The IP sharer checks whether the data packet is RRQ(Registration Request) data, H.225 data, or H.245 data(130,140,150). If not, the IP sharer transmits the data packet including the masqueraded self IP and the port therein(160).
