PURPOSE: Provided are a biodegradable scaffold which transmits a signal in a tissue regenerating process by adding a bio-active drug to the conventional biodegradable polymer scaffold having the good mechanical property and controlling the degradation speed and the drug releasing speed of the biodegradable porous scaffold, and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering is characterized by preparing the beads containing the drug coated with a biodegradable polymer and adding the beads to the scaffold of a different kind of biodegradable polymer. The biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering is microporous preferably. The biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering is the film type having micropores or no micropores preferably.
