PURPOSE: A device and a method for locking the wireless digital of a time setting and a power saving type are provided to drastically save the power of battery by automatically turning-off the power switch since the stand-by status is removed. CONSTITUTION: A device for locking the wireless digital of a time setting and a power saving type includes a cancellation signal transmitting block(100) and a cancellation signal receiving block(200). The cancellation signal transmitting block(100) includes an intrinsic cancellation signal input block(110) so as to input the intrinsic cancellation signal by the user, a digital signal output block(120) for implementing a wireless output by digitalizing the intrinsic cancellation signal inputted through the intrinsic cancellation input block(110) and a timer(130) for controlling the operation time of the digital signal output block(120). The cancellation signal receiving block(200) includes an intrinsic cancellation signal input block(240), a digital signal receiving block(230) for receiving the cancellation signal, a control block(250), a solenoid driving block(260), a locker(270) and a battery(210). In the cancellation signal receiving block(200), the control block(250) determines whether the cancellation signal inputted from the intrinsic cancellation signal input block(240) is corresponding to the received cancellation signal or not, if the determined result is affirmative, the cancellation signal receiving block(200) outputs the predetermined affirmative signal or implements the overall control of the cancellation signal receiving block(200).
