METHOD OF CONTROLLING A DATABASE FOR CONDITION OF THE NUTRITION AND HEALTH OF CLIENT AND RESTAURANT SERVICE SYSTEM BY USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a client healthy information DB of a food service company and a food service system using the same are provided to construct the client healthy information DB of the food service company in the personal healthy information DB in order to reflecting personal taste. CONSTITUTION: A main PC(11) stores and registers IDs and personal information of members, and stores healthy information including constitution information and fatness degree information in a person-classified healthy information DB(10b) according to members. A mobile terminal(12) inputs an ID of a member, an ordered food menu, and a table number, and transmits the ID of the member, the ordered food menu, and the table number, for storing the ID of the member, the ordered food menu, and the table number in a client information DB(10a) of a central main server(10). A kitchen terminal(13a) inquires the person-classified healthy information DB(10b) of the corresponding member and a food material classified characteristic information DB(10c), selects a cooking material necessary for cooking the inputted menu, and transmits the list of the selected cooking material to a material storage terminal(13b) and the client information DB(10a) of the central main server(10). The material storage terminal(13b) displays the list of the cooking material, which is transmitted from the kitchen terminal(13a). The central main server(10) has the client information DB(10a), the person-classified healthy information DB(10b), and the food material classified characteristic information DB(10c). The central main server(10) transmits and receives data with the main PC(11), the mobile terminal(12), and the kitchen terminal(13a).
