PURPOSE: A method for suppressing an increase of a noise floor by applying an acousto-optical effect during an optical transmission is provided to transmit light by giving the acousto-optical effect, and to suppress SBS(Stimulated Brillouin Scattering), thereby improving speech quality. CONSTITUTION: A system performs a voltage drop via a resistor(R1) in order to adjust a DC voltage to a bias voltage of an LD(Laser Diode). The system applies a low frequency signal less than 1MHz to the DC voltage whose voltage is dropped via a condenser(C1). The system cuts off a high frequency component via a high frequency RF cut-off inductor(L1). The system forwardly applies the voltage whose high frequency is cut off to the LD in order to bias the LD. The system modulates a high frequency RF signal applied through a connector(J1) to an optical signal outputted from the LD via a condenser(C2). The system cuts off a high frequency component of the modulated signal, and transmits light.
