PURPOSE: Provided is a stirring system for high viscosity in a kneader for homogenization of two liquid phases having different properties or microparticles and high viscosity liquid. CONSTITUTION: The stirring system includes a blade part having rectangular outer blades formed along the peripheral of a stirring tub to mix fluids or powders and the stirring tub having a diameter greater than the blade parts so that the blade part is inserted therein and provided with a outer stirring rod corresponding to the outer blades. The blade part has a plurality of triangular inner blades having a length longer than that of the outer blades. An oblique side of the triangular inner blades are aligned in one direction. The stirring system also includes an inner stirring rod having a length shorter than that of the outer stirring rod and formed to surround the space where the inner blades are installed.
