摘要

PURPOSE: A method for examining a network quality is provided to quickly understand a network problem of a subscriber and increase user's degree of satisfaction and as for a man of enterprise to inform a problem of a terminal to a corresponding communication terminal company, and perform after service quickly. CONSTITUTION: A method for examining a network quality includes three procedures. A first procedure is a procedures in which an agent computer waits for receiving enable signal from a UAR server. A second procedure is to store a data which is logged in by user in the UAR server, when the network is an idle state during waiting to receive disable signal from the UAR server. A third procedure is to stop a login when the disable signal is transmitted from the UAR server to the agent computer in the second procedure.
