PURPOSE: A RF coil, a MRI apparatus and a NMR signal receiving method are provided to remove interference among coils in a manner that coils are arranged in adjacent each other without overlapping adjacent coils. CONSTITUTION: A RF coil(100) includes a first coil(1), a second coil(2), a third coil(3), coil intermediary connecting capacitors(4,5,6), resonance capacitors(7,8,9) inserted into coils respectively, parallel connecting wires(10-13) connected with coil intermediary connecting capacitors(4,5,6) of each coils(1,2,3) in parallel, and neutralizing capacitors(14-17) inserted into the parallel connecting wires(10-13). Both ends of the resonance capacitors(7,8,9) are connected with coaxial cables through baluns(21,22,23). The first(1), the second(2) and the third coils(3) are formed in shape of a track and arranged to be adjacent each other with facing each coil faces.
