PURPOSE: A process of preparing a high pile warp knitted fabric is provided by knitting a polyester yarn on L1 and L2 guide bars and a polyester microfiber on an L3 guide bar and then raising. Whereby, the warp knitted fabric has maximized softness and orientation. CONSTITUTION: The high pile warp knitted fabric is prepared by knitting a polyester yarn on L1 and L2 bars which form a fabric structure with a pile warp knitted fabric knitted by a tricot warp knitting machine and a polyester microfiber having a single yarn fineness of 0.2 to 0.5 denier on an L3 bar which forms a pile, wherein a knitting distance is 6 knitting needles or more, the run-in of the L3 guide bar is not changed under the same density and the run-in of the L1 and L2 guide bar is controlled to be sufficiently long to loosely form a loop when the run-in is figured during the structure knitting.
