PURPOSE: A dynamic stress translation method is provided to achieve an improved durability and safety by rapidly grasping the dynamic stress state of the vehicle structure from the early stage of design, while improving accuracy through a sufficient consideration of non-linear effect during dynamic stress interpretation. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step(30) of reviewing kinematic characteristics for the front/rear wheel suspension device for the vehicle; a second step(32) of performing a dynamics modeling for the vehicle in its entirety by the kinematic characteristics reviewed in the first step; a third step(33) of inputting a mass matrix, a stiffness matrix and a reaction matrix, and performing a DADS flexible body translation; a fourth step(34) of translating flexible multibody dynamics; a fifth step(35) of extracting reaction forces acting to joint units through a vehicle traveling simulation; and a sixth step(36 to 48) of extracting the final dynamic stress by using a dynamic stress calculation program from the reaction forces of each joint unit and stress influence coefficient.
