Non-destructive inspector for socket type automatic welding device and method for controlling the same

PURPOSE: A non-destructive test device of a socket type automatic fusing apparatus is provided to exactly inspect arrangement of hot wires even with an inexpensive heat sensing non-destructive test method by detecting heat of the hot wires generated during fusing operation and recording the detected result. CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive test device of a socket type automatic fusing apparatus includes a non-destructive test device(30). The non-destructive test device detects heat of hot wires(22) surrounding an external portion of a sleeve tube(20) and records arrangement of the hot wires by measuring the arrangement of the hot wires. The non-destructive test device is thermal recording paper. If the non-destructive test device is a heat detecting device, the automatic fusing device additionally has a memory and a printer for storing and outputting data of heat distribution of the hot wires measured in the thermal detecting part.
