Sensor fixture of the permanent magnet type motor and the method of Korea electronic installation

PURPOSE: The method is to combine a sensor jig(150) to a rotation axis(140) combined with a rotor(130) and to install a magnet on the rotor to be appropriate for the sensor jig. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: a preparation step of fixing the sensor jig onto the rotation axis combined inside the rotor; an installation step of inserting a permanent magnet on the outer side of the rotor into a magnet installation part(101); a control step of adjusting one pole of the permanent magnet with a wing part projected to the one side of the sensor jig; a magnet installation step of installing the permanent magnet by applying power to the magnet installation part; and a separation step of separating the rotor from the magnet installation part.
