PROCESS FOR PREPARING POLYESTER MIXED TWIST YARN

PURPOSE: A process for preparing polyester mixed twist yarn is provided to position the higher orientation degree yarn in the center portion of the twist yarn and the lower orientation degree yarn in the outer layer portion of the twist yarn, so that repulsive elasticity and softness texture of the mixed twist yarn can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing polyester mixed twist yarn comprises the steps of: intermingling and collecting two kinds of polyester yarns having different orientation degree; and twisting the polyester yarns under the twist tension of 0.45 to 0.75, thereby positioning the higher orientation degree yarn in the center portion of the twist yarn and the lower orientation degree yarn in the outer portion of the twist yarn, wherein the orientation degree of the yarn in the center portion is 0.055 to 0.070; the orientation degree of the yarn in the outer layer portion is 0.005 to 0.020; the mono denier of the yarn in the center portion is 4.5 to 8.0; and the mono denier of the yarn in the outer layer portion is 1.0 to 3.5.
