PURPOSE: A Drosophila MAP kinase phosphatase(DMKP) specifically inhibiting ERK is provided, thereby effectively treating most of tumors caused by the disorder of ERK regulation. CONSTITUTION: The gene encoding Drosophila MAP kinase phosphatase(DMKP) specifically inhibiting ERK has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, in which ERK is belong to the group consisting of ERK, SAPK and p38, which are important factors in the MAP kinase signal pathway. The expression vector containing the Drosophila MAP kinase phosphatase(DMKP) gene is selected from the group consisting of pBS-DMKP, pKC305, pPac-DMKP and pKC423. The Drosophila MAP kinase phosphatase(DMKP) has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2.
