TRANSACTION METHOD OF ESTIMATION/EVALUATION WRITTEN STATMENT FOR APARTMENT THROUGH INTERNET IN REALTIME

PURPOSE: A method for automatically estimating a value of an apartment via the internet in real time is provided to allow a customer to use the report related to the estimation of the value thereof with a low cost, and to reduce the time for estimating the value thereof, by supplying a standard estimation report related thereto in real time, based on precedent transaction prices. CONSTITUTION: A customer selects a type of an estimation report in his/her computer(S100), and inputs the data of transaction time and object(S101,S102). It is determined if there is a precedent transaction price of an apartment having the same size with an ordered apartment within the same building in a database of an operator(S103,S104). It is determined if there is a precedent transaction price of an apartment having the same attribute with the ordered apartment(S105). It is determined if the number of the precedent transaction prices with the same attribute is more than two(S106). The price of the ordered apartment is calculated by averaging the precedent transaction prices(S107,S108). If there exists only one price with the same attribute, it is decided as a price to be reported(S110).
