PURPOSE: A method for controlling oxygen enriched air supplier of air conditioner supplying oxygen enriched air is provided to control the oxygen enriched air supplier appropriately to operation mode of the air conditioner set by oxygen concentration in indoor air and a user. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a step determining whether automatic operation mode is set or not; a step periodically detecting oxygen concentration until the automatic operation mode is canceled to turn off an oxygen enriched air supplying part when the oxygen concentration is over a reference value and to turn on when the oxygen concentration is under the reference value when an air conditioner is at the automatic operation mode; and a step receiving desired operating time to operate the oxygen enriched air supplying part for the input operating time when the air conditioner is not at the automatic operation mode.
