PURPOSE: A global cyber shopping mall construction system and method is provided to integrate worldwide web sites, offering data on superior commodities, over the Internet, and enable a consumer to compare the commodities and to buy them at a low price so that it can increase an international trade. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of enabling a commodity supplier, located at B country, to input commodity data at a shopping mall in a cooperative server, also located at B country(S401), the cooperative server transmitting the input commodity data to a main server(S402), the main server converting the data appropriate for a common search environment(S403), the main server classifying the commodity data, editing the data and storing the data at a database(S404), the main server transmitting specific commodity data to a cooperative server, located at each country(S405), the cooperative server preparing for recommended commodity data based on the transmitted specific commodity data(S406), a consumer from A county accessing a shopping mall in a cooperative server, located at A country(S407), the cooperative server offering the recommended commodity data to the accessing consumer(S408), the consumer searching wanted commodity data(S409), the main server offering commodity comparison data to the consumer and the cooperative server of the B country(S410), the cooperative server of the B country requesting a stock state to a commodity supplier(S411), the commodity supplier transmitting the stock state data to the cooperative server(S412), the cooperative server transmitting stock state data to the main server(S413), the main server checking contract conditions and transmitting the contract conditions to the consumer(S414), and the consumer comparing the contract conditions and selecting a commodity(S415,S416).
